c h e c h u p was literally dreamt up one night. there was no grand scheme, reference point, or brainstorming period. I woke up from a dream that I owned a magazine publication and decided to act on it in the most cost efficient way. A blog.
So, who the heck is this girl? I guess it would be nice for me to tell you something about myself. There’s nothing that I would be willing to tell that isn’t already revealed on my myspace. Yes, I too have fell victim.
to save you a click though.. here it goes… I live in ATLanta. Originally though, I am from Virginia. My city is called Newport News and people like to call it Bad News. It seems okay to me but, to the common outsider it’s not the greatest of places.
I’m a creative. I enjoy that term because it is so general. I term I NEED because I wear multiple creative hats and to place myself in one box would be nothing like right… and just like wrong.
I actually am owner and designer for my own line of womenswear by the name of chechi (catchy). Hence the birth of chechup (catch up)… which really makes perfect sense will ‘putting on’ of the masses to various cool things and people.
Make sure you put chechup in rotation while surfing as a traditional stop. Kind of like that rest area on 95 with the cinnabon in it. you know the one.
